There are no replacement covers for older boats. Use a local Upolstery shop. Depending where you are, there could be a few.

The vinyl now is much better and thicker than what was used back then. I wouldn’t look for OEM for vinyl.

I agree with Walt about the newer vinyl. You can find rolls of Cobalt OEM vinyl on Great Lakes Skipper. If nothing else, you can get an idea of the color and texture and have a local upholstery shop match it for you.

I replace the vinyl on my '85 CM23 with products from Sailrite. www.sailrite.com

David, I don’t. I can only tell you what I paid. I bought my vinyl from Sailrite for about $400. I then found a local seamstress to work with that did upholstery. I removed all of the pieces to be recovered (seats, side panels, etc.), took them apart and removed the old skins and took them all to her. She and I designed the layout of the new skins and she sewed everything. She charged me $1200. I put most of the skins on myself but got some help from an upholstery shop for a few pieces for $300. I then put everything back in myself. If you are having it all done at a shop I would think you will pay somewhere between $2000-$4000. Taking all of the pieces out yourself will save you a bit.
