I agree....where's the support. I signed up as a Platinum Supporter but I wasn't thrilled with a monthly charge on my PayPal account. I would rather just pay the $96 one time for the year. Is the monthly recurring charge causing some of you to hesitate? Shawn

I debated between a larger annual support option or a small monthly option -- wasn't sure which would be easier for most users. You guys tell me and I will do whatever works for you.
