This was suggested to me by L&V Upholstery (who does awesome work on boat interiors) as a way to restore the water repellency of my mooring cover. (its 16 years old). After power washing the cover and letting it dry, I applied 3 heavy coats of this and let it dry. It repels water much better now, and is easier to clean the dirt off the cover. Its available on Amazon and Walmart.com. Highly recommend.
