helm fault alarm and throttle turns unresponsive

    When driving my 2014 Cobalt A29, the Helm fault alarm turns on and the throttle is immediately unresponsive. I have to turn the engine off and back on to re-engage the throttle. Anyone had this happen before and what could it be?
